I don't know why Congress isn't holding a hearing on it, I've got to think congressional staffers are investigating, the problem is the investigation requires going to the executive branch for information.
The real culprit here, besides ICE, which has been given carte blanche since no one likes immigrants, is the U.S. Attorney General, who is charged with prosecuting these crimes.

You have congressional contacts Pez! Make it an issue! Force it into the public's face! Who do you work for, crazy eyed Pelosi? She'd be perfect! I'm going to print this article out and post it around my school in hopes to get some buzz going.

For Johnny Sutton (however it's spelled) to not look into this, and even punish Gonzales, leads me to believe that Sutton, along with those others who were/are involved in this cover up, should be prosecuted themselves.

interesting, the only congress scandles i hear about are the TOP 20 SEX SCANDLES OF ALL TIME, but that might be because i git half my news from MTV
